Jari Love; Creator of the RIPPED! Workout, AFLCA Certified Fitness Instructor & Personal Fitness Trainer Jari Love is a certified personal trainer and the creator of Get RIPPED!, the multiphase, no-nonsense, full-body workout system designed to help people of any fitness level shed unwanted pounds in just weeks. The hot-selling and critically acclaimed Get RIPPED! series enables individuals to burn up to three times more calories than the traditional weight-training program, and has received rave reviews from fitness critics throughout North America since the first title debuted in late 2005. Jari enjoys spending time with her family, husband Ray and two children, ages 14 and 18. Brittany Hale; BCOMM Marketing, AFLCA & RIPPED! Certified Fitness Instructor & Assistant to Jari Love Brittany started working with Jari in May 2007 while completing her degree at the University of Calgary. She has since become a certified fitness instructor and teaches classes regularly at both Fitness Plus locations in Calgary. She is AFLCA certified in Resistance Training, Spin and Step/Hi-low Choreography. Brittany is also involved with personal training and has trained clients in two weight loss challenges that were followed by local TV news broadcast, Breakfast Television. Brittany is also involved in training sports teams and teaching bootcamp classes for Jari Love's Get RIPPED! Bootcamp Program. Brittany has also been featured in one of Jari's latest DVDs that was filmed in 2008 and continues to assist Jari with a multitude of exciting projects |

Michelle Milot; B.Sc. Kin, Manager at Fitness Plus North, AFLCA & RIPPED! Certified Fitness Instructor & Ironman Athlete Michelle's enthusiasm for health and wellness shows in everything she does. Her involvement in Group Fitness classes, particularly Ripped & Spin began in 2004 as a dedicated participant. Michelle rapidly moved her status to an instructor and instantly took interest in creative choreography building. Michelle's most recent passion began in 2006 when she did her first sprint distance triathlon. Passion for the sport rapidly grew which brought her to competing in Ironman Canada in 2008. In May of 2009 she took on another Ironman in Brazil and took home 2nd place in her category. She has now completed 4 Ironman's to date, most recently the Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii this past October. She plans on continuing to race Ironman around the globe with hopes of one day racing pro in order to motivate and inspire others, regardless of their circumstance, to reach for their dreams! Michelle currently works in Calgary as a gym manager, personal trainer, and group instructor teaching Ripped!, Spin, and Core classes as well as triathlon coaching. |

Lesley Tozer; Bachelor of Social Work, RIPPED! Certified Fitness Instructor & Muay Thai Champion Lesley's interest in physical fitness began after the birth of her twins. She was looking for a way to better her health, strength and energy level in order to keep up with the kids and to have something for herself outside of the family.
After participating in the Ripped program for some time, Lesley joined the Ripped team of instructors in the spring of 2007. She found the philosophy around the program so innovative, empowering and effective. Lesley's goals for the future at this point are to continue to raise the bar for herself in terms of instructing and to continually learn as much as possible in all areas of fitness. |

Darren Travers; PFT, Olympic Lifting & Crossfit Level 1 Certified For over a decade Darren has been in the health and wellness industry. His passion for physical fitness came right after high school at which point he began following a traditional bodybuilding routine. After reaching what he then thought was his peak, Darren found functional fitness and Olympic lifting. Now Darren incorporates as much bodyweight and free weight exercise into his routines as he can. His tough bootcamp style workouts get quick results and help participants surpass plateaus and add variety to their regimes. |

Jackie Ostash Born in Quesnel, British Columbia, Jackie spent the majority her elementary years in Nelson; completed high-school in Kelowna and University in Vancouver. Her love affair with fitness started with the soccer ball, which continued throughout high school when her school and city team won provincials three years in a row. Following this passion lead her to kick the ball and run' for Trinity Western University and The Okanagan Predators/Challenge. It was also during this time that Jackie traveled throughout Western North America coaching soccer and basketball with NBC Sports Camps.
When she moved to Calgary, Jackie traded her cleats for high heels and decided to pick up a new sport , Fitness Competitions, and placed 3rd at the 2008 FAME Prairies. Currently a full time Broadcast Journalism student at Mt. Royal, Jackie is also a senior writer for Fitness Experts and MMA Experts Magazines. |

Alison Behie; BSc, MA, Nutritional Anthropologist, PhD Candidate & RIPPED! Certified Fitness Instructor Alison has always been committed to making exercise a part of her life, not only for physical benefits but mental ones as well. Being a full time PhD student, nothing helped her de-stress at the end of a day like a great workout! It also gave her the energy and stamina required to conduct research in the forests of Central America.
Two years ago, a friend introduced Alison to the Get Ripped DVDs and she couldn't believe what a challenging and fun workout it was. She started taking live Ripped classes soon after and has been hooked ever since! In May 2009 she began instructing Ripped, Spin and Bootcamp classes. By combining her loves of teaching and fitness, Alison is fully enjoying helping people enhance their own lives through exercise. In the future she hopes to continue exploring new ways to stay fit while having fun and to share what she learns with those around her. |
