What goes on at bootcamp? 

Here at Get RIPPED! Bootcamp, we really take pride in our ability to provide a ton of variety and keep you guessing each and every time you come in.  Every class will be different and you will experience a multitude of activities including cardio drills, interval training, boxing, weights, stations, circuits, Get RIPPED! workouts and much, much more! The goal is to get fit while having fun – so don't worry, we aren't drill sergeants! We want to make sure that everyone is being challenged appropriately for their fitness level while still enjoying themselves in a positive, supportive environment. The Get RIPPED! What makes this bootcamp different than others?
Our trainers are the best in Calgary and we get results!  Just check out some of our success stories here and you’ll see what we mean.  Also, our bootcamp classes are primarily held indoors. That means classes won't be cancelled due to weather and you’ll never have to worry about freezing or melting!  Weather permitting, we may take classes outside but will always provide ample notice to all participants.  Classes are held at both Fitness Plus locations; both of which are spacious with tons of equipment!  You’ll get to experience a huge variety of activities including Jari Love’s critically acclaimed Get RIPPED! Workouts.  We’ll keep you motivated with our high-energy music, diversity and supportive atmosphere.

What should I wear? What should I bring?
Wear comfortable exercise clothing and proper running shoes. Don't forget to bring a sweat towel, water bottle and snack for after the workout.

I'm new to exercise... is this going to be too hard for me?
NO WAY! We will always show modifications for each activity we do so that ALL FITNESS LEVELS can get a great workout. The main thing to remember is that only you can determine your limitations and only you will know if you are being challenged. We encourage you to listen to your body and do what feels right for you. You can make it as hard or as easy as you want!

Where do the classes take place?
Classes take place at Fitness Plus Central (1709-8th Avenue NE) and Fitness Plus South (10401 Braeside Drive SW). Feel free to mix and match between locations and times when you register.

When do classes start?

Classes will run September 13 – December 12, 2010 with no classes on the Thanksgiving Long weekend (October 9-11, 2010).  The deadline to register is September 8th, 2010.  Space is limited so don’t wait!

What happens if one of my class times is cancelled due to the long weekend?

No problem! Please email us and we will arrange for you to come at a different time to make up for any classes cancelled due to the long weekend.

What if I don't want to register online?

What is included in the $499 fee?

  • 36 diverse and exciting 1-hour classes!
  • Weekly online support, key diet tips, recipes and tools to keep you on track throughout the entire 12 week journey!

Who is eligible for the $50 discount?

All those who participated in any of the previous 2010 Get RIPPED! Bootcamp Programs are eligible for the discount and pay only $449+GST.
