Join the Get RIPPED! Bootcamp trainers for 12 weeks this fall and enjoy 36, 1-hour, fun-filled Bootcamp classes. Men and women of all fitness levels are welcome! You’ll never get bored with the huge variety of activities and you’ll thrive in our friendly, supportive environment. You’ll make new friends, improve your fitness level and gain confidence. Not only that, we’ll be with you every step of the way even when you aren’t in the gym! You’ll benefit from weekly online support, key diet tips, recipes and tools to help you stay motivated throughout the entire journey. Class times & locations:
Classes are held at both Fitness Plus locations in Calgary. You get to choose any three class times of your choice. If you want to mix and match locations – that’s perfectly fine. We want to make this work for you and your individual schedule. Please note that spots fill up fast and are on a first come, first serve basis.
